: Business Development Executive (Fresher/Intern)

Eligibility: BTech / BCA Freshers or Final Year Students

Experience: 0–1 Year (Internship experience preferred, not mandatory)

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers or students who are passionate about sales, client relationships, and growing a business. You will be trained on the job and given the opportunity to work directly with the sales and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate current business leads through cold calling, emails, and networking
- Reach out to potential clients and explain company products/services
- Schedule and attend meetings/calls with prospective clients
- Maintain and update the CRM/lead database on a daily basis
- Follow up with leads and convert them into business opportunities
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, delivery, support)



to ensure client satisfaction
- Achieve monthly/quarterly targets set by the reporting manager
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments

Required Skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Confident, persuasive, and target-driven attitude
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
- Basic understanding of sales/marketing concepts (added advantage)

Educational Qualification

- BTech / BCA (Freshers or students in final semester)
- Internship experience in sales, marketing, or business development will be preferred
