Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Business Development Associate to expand our presence in the Bangalore region within the CPaaS industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting communication solutions such as WhatsApp Business API, SMS, RCS, IVR, OBD, Email, and related enterprise messaging services.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new clients for CPaaS solutions across various industries
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, market research, and field visits
- Understand client communication requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Present and demonstrate services including WhatsApp API, SMS, RCS, IVR, OBD, and omnichannel communication platforms
- Prepare proposals, pricing discussions, and coordinate contract closures
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients and partners
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery
- Track sales pipeline, maintain CRM records, and provide regular business updates
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, IT, or a related field
- 0 - 2 years of experience in business development, SaaS sales, or CPaaS/Telecom/Technology sales
- Solid communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Understanding of enterprise communication solutions is preferred
- Ability to manage client relationships and work in a quick-paced setting
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Fluency in English and Hindi; Kannada will be an added advantage

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Prior exposure to CPaaS, SaaS, telecom, cloud communication, or API-based services
- Experience in B2B sales and enterprise client handling
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to travel within the Bangalore region
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
