Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a knack for sales, and a basic understanding of business compliance services. This is a client-facing role focused on lead conversion and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities Engage with prospective clients through calls, emails, and meetings.





Pitch RegisterKaro’s services in a persuasive and qualified manner.

Convert leads into paying customers and consistently meet or exceed monthly targets.

Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.

Understand client requirements and explain relevant services clearly and concisely.

Maintain proper records of interactions and progress using internal tools.

Requirements Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline.

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory).

Strong sales attitude with a proactive and self-motivated approach.

Quick learner with an ability to adapt to new tools and processes.

Comfortable working independently in a target-driven environment.

Prior experience in sales, business development, or client servicing will be a plus.
