Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company's sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, and other lead generation methods.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable business solutions.
- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads throughout the sales cycle.
- Conduct follow-ups with prospective clients to convert leads into business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets within the assigned timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM or reporting system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions,



and competitor activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0.6–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, or Customer Relationship Management.
- Solid verbal communication skills in English and/or Hindi.
- Confidence in cold calling and interacting with potential clients.
- Excellent listening, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in B2B or B2C sales will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
