Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore for a Business Development and Operations Executive. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, and building relationships with potential students, parents, partners, and institutional stakeholders.

The executive will manage the end-to-end client journey, including initial consultation, follow-ups, documentation coordination, and ongoing support to ensure a smooth experience. Daily responsibilities include maintaining and growing key accounts, tracking performance metrics,



preparing reports, and supporting marketing initiatives such as events, seminars, and digital outreach. The role also includes coordinating with internal teams to streamline operational processes, improve service delivery, and provide feedback from the market to enhance offerings.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify, qualify, and convert prospects.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present offerings clearly and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience or strong interest in the education, study abroad, or overseas employment sector is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic productivity software to track leads, opportunities, and operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, International Education, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset focused on student and client success.
- Create and manage digital content, including social media posts, student success stories, and promotional material to support brand visibility and lead generation across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and WhatsApp.

Salary - Upto 25000 BONUS based on performance.
