A Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and helping the company achieve its sales and revenue targets.

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate with clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into business.
- Prepare and share sales reports and market feedback with management.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.

Required Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).

Experience:

0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing (Freshers can also apply, depending on the role).

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
