Your Role As a Business Associate, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging prospective clients, developing sales collateral and supporting the leadership team in expanding Crewtangle’s Experiential Marketing portfolio. This is a high-ownership role suited for someone who thrives in a rapid-paced agency environment and enjoys chasing challenging business targets.





Key Responsibilities • Identify and engage prospective clients.

- Generate qualified opportunities through outreach and networking.
- Build relationships with Marketing Heads, Brand Managers, HR Leaders, Procurement teams and CXOs.
- Schedule leadership meetings.
- Understand client objectives across events, exhibitions, conferences, launches and activations.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, commercials, contracts and rate cards.
- Maintain Business Development Tracker, sales pipeline and MIS.
- Research industries and share strategic insights for business growth.

What We're Looking For • 3+ years of Business Development, Sales or Account Management experience.

- Experience in an experiential marketing, events or advertising agency preferred.
- Proven record of achieving targets.
- Strong understanding of experiential marketing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Organised, proactive and self-driven.
