Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a solid background in the Travel Domain. The ideal candidate will drive requirements gathering, Agile processes and stakeholder collaboration to deliver high-quality travel solutions.

This role requires hands-on expertise in tools like Jira, wireframing and AI for design and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct requirements gathering and analysis.
- Lead requirements walkthrough sessions with internal development teams, clarifying concerns.
- Facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing), end-user training, and production support.
- Create user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria (AC) and definition of done (DOD).
- Validate requirements, prioritize them and maintain the product backlog.
- Prepare release notes, RTM (Requirement Traceability Matrix)



and handle change requests.
- Track stories, tasks in sprints & Kanban using Jira.
- Communicate effectively with clients and product owners on time.
- Retrieve and analyse data from databases based on requirements.
- Handle Agile/Scrum ceremonies and Kanban methodologies.
- Leverage AI tools for design mock-ups, data analysis and story writing.

Required Skills

- Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT (Travel Domain preferred)
- Proven experience in Agile & Kanban methodologies including Scrum handling.
- Jira expertise (story writing, sprint/Kanban task tracking).

- Proficiency of AI tools for design mock-ups, data analysis and story writing
