Role Purpose

We are seeking a highly motivated and forward-thinking Business Analyst with strong AI and GenAI capabilities to join our digital transformation journey. The successful candidate will bridge business and technology teams, identify AI-driven opportunities, define requirements, and support the delivery of innovative AI solutions that create measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Stakeholder Management

- Engage with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, business processes, pain points, and desired outcomes.
- Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to identify AI and GenAI opportunities.
- Gather, analyse, and document business, functional, non-functional, data, and AI-specific requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear specifications for data scientists, AI engineers, and development teams.

AI & GenAI Solution Enablement

- Identify and assess AI/GenAI use cases that deliver tangible business value.
- Conduct feasibility assessments, business case development, cost-benefit analysis, and ROI evaluations.
- Define success metrics, KPIs, model accuracy thresholds, and value realisation measures.
- Support solution design, testing, validation, deployment, and adoption activities.

Data & Technology Collaboration

- Work closely with data, engineering, and product teams to ensure AI solutions meet business objectives.
- Understand data models, schemas, data quality requirements, and enterprise data platforms.
- Collaborate on AI/ML solution development using modern cloud and data ecosystems.
- Contribute to prompt design, prompt engineering, and GenAI solution optimisation.

Governance & Responsible AI

- Ensure AI solutions comply with Responsible AI principles, governance requirements,



regulatory obligations, fairness, explainability, and human oversight expectations.
- Identify risks and mitigation strategies associated with AI implementation.
- Support ongoing monitoring of model performance, business adoption, and value delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

Functional Skills

- Strong Business Analysis experience in Agile delivery environments.
- Expertise in requirements elicitation, process modelling, stakeholder management, and solution design.
- Proven ability to translate business problems into technology solutions.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and consulting skills.

AI & GenAI Skills

- Solid understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Generative AI concepts.
- Experience identifying and shaping AI use cases aligned with business objectives.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI solution adoption practices.
- Ability to evaluate AI opportunities and realisation of business benefits.

Data & Technical Skills

- Understanding of SQL, data models, data schemas, and analytics concepts.
- Experience working with enterprise data platforms and cloud-based AI ecosystems.
- Exposure to Databricks, Azure AI Foundry, or similar AI/data platforms is highly desirable.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with data scientists, architects, and developers.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- AI, Cloud, Data Analytics, or Business Analysis certifications are advantageous.
- Experience in large-scale enterprise transformation programmes.
