Job Purpose

We are looking for a hands-on Business Analyst with strong expertise in SQL, Python, and Power BI to drive business analytics, reporting, dashboarding, and data-driven decision-making. The role will focus on data analysis, KPI tracking, reporting automation, and business planning support.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain MIS reports and Power BI dashboards.

- Extract, clean, integrate, and analyze data using SQL and Python.

- Automate recurring reports and data processes.

- Monitor business performance metrics and generate actionable insights.

- Ensure data accuracy through validation and reconciliation.

- Support ad hoc analytics and business planning initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.





- 5+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, MIS, Reporting, or Business Intelligence.

- Strong hands-on experience with SQL and Python.

- Proficiency in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and data modelling.

- Exposure to Tableau, SAS, Databricks, ETL tools, Cloud platforms, or Advanced Excel will be an added advantage.

- Experience in Banking, Lending, Financial Services, or Microfinance is preferred.
