Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst - Supply Chain Management (SCM) with 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional expertise across supply chain operations and business analysis, with the ability to bridge business requirements and technology solutions.

The role involves driving supply chain transformation initiatives, optimizing business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, supporting ERP implementations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable business solutions. The successful candidate should have hands-on experience across procurement, inventory management, warehouse operations, logistics, demand planning, order management, and supply chain analytics while working in Agile or Waterfall project environments.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering :

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Conduct workshops, stakeholder interviews, process discovery sessions, and requirement elicitation activities.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements aligned with business objectives.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams.
- Manage requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle.

2. Supply Chain Process Analysis & Optimization :





- Analyze and improve end-to-end supply chain processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support initiatives across Procurement, Source-to-Pay (S2P), Inventory Management, Demand Planning, Warehouse Management, Logistics, Transportation, Distribution, and Order Fulfillment.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process optimization opportunities.
- Develop current-state and future-state business process models using industry best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, cost optimization, and service levels.

3. Project Delivery & Implementation :

- Support Supply Chain transformation and ERP implementation projects.
- Work closely with solution architects, technical teams, QA teams, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in solution design discussions and ensure business requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions.
- Coordinate testing activities, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and business validation.
- Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and change requests.
- Support production deployments and post-implementation stabilization activities.

4. Data Analysis & Business Reporting :





- Analyze supply chain KPIs and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and executive presentations using business intelligence tools.
- Support master data management and data governance initiatives.
- Perform trend analysis, root cause analysis, and business impact assessments.
- Utilize Power BI, Excel, and reporting tools to deliver actionable business insights.

5. Stakeholder & Vendor Management :

- Serve as the primary liaison between business users and technology teams.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional departments and external vendors.
- Present business solutions, recommendations, project updates, and risk assessments to senior management.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology deliverables.

Required Skills :

- 7 years of Business Analysis experience with robust Supply Chain Management domain expertise.
- In-depth understanding of Procurement & Source-to-Pay (S2P), Inventory Management, Demand & Supply Planning, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Logistics & Transportation Management, and Order Management & Fulfillment.
- Strong experience in business process mapping, process improvement, and workflow optimization.
- Expertise in requirement gathering, business process modeling, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience working in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery models.
