Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days (15-30 Days Preferred)

We are hiring an experienced Business Analyst for a leading BFSI engagement in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Reference Data Management, Data Governance, Regulatory Compliance, and Stakeholder Management.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with business stakeholders to gather, validate, and document requirements related to reference data creation, enrichment, maintenance, and governance.
- Conduct impact assessments for system and process changes affecting reference data.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Support data stewardship activities, including data validation, exception handling, and periodic reviews.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as KYC, AML, FATCA, CRS, and internal data governance policies.
- Monitor data quality metrics and drive remediation initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business, Operations, Technology,



and Data Governance teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
- Support process improvement and data quality enhancement initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

Mandatory Requirements
- 6-8 years of Business Analysis experience.
- Hands-on experience in Reference Data Management and Data Governance.
- Robust understanding of BFSI regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
