Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will gather business requirements, analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities, and collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

- Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.

- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, and process flow diagrams.

- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements.

- Coordinate with development, QA, and project management teams throughout the SDLC.

- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.

- Perform data analysis and create reports to support business decisions.

- Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate delivered solutions.

- Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet business expectations.

- Maintain project documentation and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills





- Robust knowledge of business analysis methodologies.

- Experience with requirement gathering and documentation.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

- Familiarity with SQL and data analysis is preferred.

- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.

- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, or Microsoft Visio.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and work with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

- CBAP, ECBA, PMI-PBA, or Agile certification is an added advantage.
