Key Responsibilities:

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, internal stakeholders, and technical teams for requirement clarification.
- Prepare BRDs, user stories, workflows, wireframes, and functional documentation.
- Assist in project planning, effort discussions, and task tracking.
- Conduct requirement validation and support QA/UAT activities.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvement opportunities.
- Participate in client meetings, workshops, and status discussions.
- Ensure timely communication of risks, dependencies, and change requests.
