Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Analyst Pre-Sales role based in Jaipur. The individual in this role will work closely with prospective clients to understand their business processes, pain points, and requirements, translating these into transparent solution proposals and functional specifications. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting requirement-gathering meetings, preparing presentations and demos, supporting the sales team with technical and functional insights, and collaborating with delivery teams to ensure feasibility and alignment of proposed solutions.

The role also involves analyzing market and competitor offerings, contributing to proposal documentation,



and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and opportunities in internal systems.

The Business Analyst

Pre-Sales qualified will serve as a key link between clients, sales, and technical teams to ensure that proposed solutions are both viable and value-driven.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.

Candidates should possess pre-sales and client-facing skills, such as solution presentation, demo preparation, and stakeholder communication.

Candidates should possess analytical and research skills for market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and cost–benefit evaluation.

Candidates should possess communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with sales, technical, and management teams.

Candidates should ideally have experience in IT or software solutions, with an understanding of how technology supports business objectives.

Candidates should have strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a structured approach to organizing information.

A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, IT, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in business analysis or pre-sales is an advantage.

Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple projects concurrently, and adapt to evolving client needs is essential.
