Job Title: Business Analyst – Project Execution & Operations

Location: Gurugram/Chennai/Remote

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Business Analyst to drive seamless project execution across cross-functional teams. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical teams, business stakeholders, and project management. You will be instrumental in gathering and documenting core requirements, facilitating data access management, coordinating stakeholder efforts, driving user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensuring overall launch readiness.

Key Responsibilities

- Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Collaborate with key business partners to capture, translate, and document functional and technical requirements (BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flow diagrams).
- Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as a central communication hub between business owners, IT/engineering teams, and external partners to maintain alignment,



track action items, and manage expectations.
- Data Access & Security Management: Coordinate data governance protocols, streamline user access requests, ensure compliance with data security standards, and transparent access blockers for project teams.
- Testing & Quality Assurance Support: Assist in developing test scenarios, scripts, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) plans. Coordinate with business users during testing cycles to log, triage, and validate bug fixes.
- Launch Readiness & Deployment: Track readiness checklists, conduct gap analyses, prepare end-user training materials, and support go-live execution to ensure smooth system transitions.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current operational workflows to identify bottlenecks and propose scalable process enhancements.

Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in a closely related project coordination role.
- Technical Aptitude: Strong proficiency in SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools like Jira, Confluence, Visio, or Lucidchart.
- Data & Tool Skills: Proficient with MS Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL, enterprise access controls, or BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Testing Expertise: Hands-on experience with UAT execution, test case creation, and defect management tools.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary stakeholders.
