Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis &

- Requirement Assessment

- Conduct detailed analysis of the existing Telangana Land Records system, associated business processes, and application workflows.

- Engage with stakeholders across departments to gather, validate, and document business requirements.

- Develop comprehensive understanding of current-state ("As-Is") processes and prepare future-state ("To-Be") process models.

- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirement elicitation sessions.

System Architecture &

- Process Review

- Analyze existing system architecture, integrations, data flows, and technology stack.

- Assess current application functionality, performance, scalability, security, and interoperability aspects.

- Identify operational, functional, and technological gaps within the ecosystem.

- Evaluate existing workflows and recommend process optimization opportunities.

Solution Design &

- Recommendations

- Prepare gap assessment reports and recommend suitable business process improvements.

- Support preparation of technology modernization roadmaps and digital transformation initiatives.

- Recommend improvements in system architecture, application design, data management, and governance frameworks.

- Assist in defining functional specifications, solution requirements, and implementation strategies.

Documentation &

- Reporting

- Develop business requirement documents (BRD), functional requirement specifications (FRS), use cases, workflow diagrams, and process maps.

- Prepare presentations, status reports,



assessment findings, and executive summaries for senior stakeholders.

- Support project governance activities, progress tracking, and issue management.

Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate with government officials, technology vendors, implementation partners, and project teams.

- Provide analytical support during solution evaluation, design review, and implementation planning.

- Facilitate alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.

Required Skills &

- Experience

Mandatory

- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or similar role.

- Experience in business process analysis, requirement gathering, and stakeholder management.

- Solid understanding of application workflows, enterprise systems, and system integration concepts.

- Experience in preparing BRDs, FRSs, process maps, user stories, and gap assessment documents.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to interact effectively with government stakeholders and senior management.

Preferred

- Experience in e-Governance, Land Records, Revenue Administration, GIS, Property Registration, Digital Government, or Public Sector projects.

- Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and system modernization initiatives.

- Familiarity with workflow automation, digital transformation, cloud platforms, and data governance practices.

- Experience working on state or central government projects will be an added advantage.
