Role & responsibilities
- Triaging, organizing, and tracking DSATs and Bugs reported by users and auditors .
- Robust familiarity with excel and outlook.
- Need to have basic understanding of RAI space, preferred to have prior experience, else can also be trained ,
- The candidate must have a strong sense of ownership and attention to details.
- Follow instructions carefully and timely completion of work items and following SLAs
Preferred candidate profile Experience in tracking feedback/bug reporting system to identify freshly reported DSATs/Bugs.
Resolve using standard procedure for simple bugs.
