Role Description The Business Analyst Intern will support the design and implementation of AI-powered solutions for client operations, finance, and technology teams. The intern will assist in gathering and documenting business requirements, mapping current business processes, and identifying opportunities for AI-driven improvement. Day-to-day work includes analyzing data and workflows, preparing reports and presentations, collaborating with cross-functional teams,



and helping translate complex business needs into clear specifications for technical teams.

The intern will also participate in client meetings, contribute to testing and validation of solutions, and help track performance metrics to ensure that new systems deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

Robust analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights.

Knowledge of business analysis practices, such as requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews, and use case documentation.

Understanding of business processes and workflows, with interest in process mapping and optimization.

Ability to define and document business requirements clearly for both business and technical audiences.

Effective communication skills, including concise writing, presentation skills, and collaborative teamwork.

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Comfort with spreadsheets and basic data analysis tools; familiarity with visualization tools is a plus.

Interest in AI, automation, and enterprise technology; prior exposure to these topics is beneficial but not required.
