About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Business Analyst with deep expertise in organizational change management to join our dynamic team. This role involves partnering directly with clients to deliver complex business, technology, and transformation programs. The successful candidate will serve as the change lead on engagements, responsible for assessing change impacts, shaping strategic change initiatives, engaging stakeholders across all levels, and driving adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.

This is a client-facing, consultative position that requires a blend of business analysis acumen and change management expertise. The individual will work closely with program leadership, embedded within project teams, and will be instrumental in shaping the change agenda from strategy through to sustainment, ensuring the success of transformation initiatives.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in business analysis, with at least 4-5 years specifically leading change management efforts on medium to large-scale transformation programs. Demonstrable experience in client-facing consulting is essential, including the ability to shape approaches, facilitate workshops, manage senior stakeholders, and operate effectively under ambiguity. Deep knowledge of recognized change management methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step, or LaMarsh Managed Change is required.





Proven track record delivering change in areas such as ERP/CRM/HCM implementations (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Salesforce, Dynamics), cloud migrations, operating model redesigns, M&A; integrations, digital transformations, or regulatory-driven change programs is highly valued. Candidates should have strong stakeholder management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid foundation in core business analysis techniques like process modeling, requirements elicitation, and gap analysis.

Certifications such as Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, CCMP, APMG Change Management Practitioner, or CBAP/CCBA are highly desirable.

Responsibilities As a Lead Business Analyst – Change Management, your responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of activities aimed at ensuring successful change initiatives: Change Strategy & Planning: Define the overall change approach tailored to the client's culture, maturity, scope, and risk profile. Develop comprehensive change management plans covering stakeholder engagement, communications, training, business readiness, adoption, and sustainment. Align these plans with program delivery timelines and dependencies.

Change Impact Assessment: Conduct detailed assessments to understand how changes affect roles, processes, systems, policies, and locations. Quantify the impact severity and use insights to tailor intervention strategies. Maintain a change impact register and escalate risks to leadership.

Stakeholder Analysis & Engagement: Identify and segment stakeholder groups based on influence, interest, and impact. Design targeted engagement strategies for each group, from executive sponsors to frontline staff, and foster trusted relationships across the organization.

Sponsor & Leader Enablement: Coach executive sponsors to act as visible change leaders. Prepare leaders with key messaging, FAQs, and coaching guides.



Establish sponsor coalitions and align leadership communications.

Communications: Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies, including messaging architecture, channels, and measurement. Oversee the creation of collateral such as emails, town halls, videos, and intranet content, ensuring feedback channels are in place.

Training & Enablement: Partner with training teams to identify learning needs, design curricula, and develop blended learning solutions. Oversee logistics, tracking, and effectiveness evaluation of training programs.

Business Readiness: Design and manage frameworks to assess organizational readiness. Validate readiness before key milestones and escalate risks as needed. Use dashboards and checkpoints to monitor progress.

Change Network & Champions: Establish, mobilize, and support change champion networks. Maintain cadence, tools, and communities to sustain engagement through delivery and into hypercare phases.

Resistance Management: Proactively identify resistance sources, design interventions, and partner with HR and leadership to manage sensitive change scenarios such as restructuring or workforce transitions.

Adoption, Sustainment & Benefits Realization: Define KPIs for adoption and sustainment, implement reinforcement mechanisms, and link activities to benefits realization and program value metrics.

Business Analysis Deliverables: Own end-to-end BA deliverables with a change management lens, including process maps, operating models, requirements, and business case inputs. Prepare executive briefings and status reports, mentoring junior analysts as needed.
