About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Business Analyst with extensive expertise in change management to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will partner closely with our clients to deliver complex business, technology, and transformation programs. Your primary responsibility will be to act as the change lead on engagements, assessing change impacts, shaping comprehensive change strategies, engaging stakeholders at all levels, and driving the adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.

This role requires a blend of business analysis acumen and change management proficiency, operating at the intersection of strategic planning and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing impact assessments, facilitating requirements workshops, coaching executive sponsors, designing communication plans, and building change networks. Embedded within program leadership teams, you will influence the change agenda from strategy formulation through to sustainment, ensuring successful adoption and realization of program benefits.

This client-facing, consultative position demands a proactive, resilient, and credible professional capable of managing ambiguity and navigating complex stakeholder landscapes.

Qualifications The successful candidate must possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in business analysis, with at least 4-5 years leading change management initiatives within medium to large transformation programs. Demonstrable consulting experience is essential, particularly in managing senior stakeholders, conducting workshops, and shaping change approaches in ambiguous environments.



Deep knowledge of recognized change management methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step, or LaMarsh Managed Change is required.

Experience delivering change in areas such as ERP, CRM, HCM implementations (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Salesforce, Dynamics), cloud migrations, operating model redesigns, M&A; integrations, digital transformations, or regulatory compliance projects will be highly valued. Robust stakeholder management skills across diverse audiences, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in core business analysis techniques—including process modeling, requirements elicitation, and operating model design—are essential.

Certifications such as Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, CCMP, APMG Change Management Practitioner, CBAP/CCBA, or relevant Agile certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities As a Lead Business Analyst specializing in change management, your responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of activities aimed at ensuring successful change adoption and program delivery: Define and tailor the overall change strategy based on client culture, change maturity, scope, and risk profile.

Develop comprehensive change management plans covering stakeholder engagement, communications, training, business readiness, adoption, and sustainment activities.

Conduct detailed change impact assessments across roles, processes, systems, and locations; maintain a dynamic impact register and identify potential risks.

Identify, analyze, and segment stakeholder groups; design tailored engagement approaches and build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization.

Coach and enable executive sponsors and leaders to be active change advocates; prepare them with messaging, FAQs, and coaching guides.

Develop and implement communication strategies,



including collateral creation and feedback mechanisms to gauge sentiment and adapt messaging accordingly.

Partner with training teams to define learning needs, shape blended learning solutions, and oversee training logistics and effectiveness measurement.

Design and manage business readiness frameworks, coordinate validation activities, and escalate risks to program leadership.

Establish and support change champion networks, facilitating their ongoing engagement and influence.

Proactively identify resistance sources, design targeted interventions, and collaborate with HR and other stakeholders on sensitive change scenarios.

Define adoption KPIs, monitor progress, and implement reinforcement strategies to sustain change beyond go-live.

Ensure all business analysis deliverables are aligned with change objectives, including process maps, operating models, and business cases.

Provide executive briefings, progress reports, and change dashboards to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
