We are looking for a Business Analyst (BA)

who can bridge business needs with AI-driven solutions, ensuring that our products and services align with evolving market demands and client expectations.

Role Overview

As a Business Analyst

, you will play a critical role in gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and designing AI-first solutions

. You will collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, AI engineers, and stakeholders to define use cases and translate them into actionable product roadmaps.

A strong understanding of AI and GenAI applications will be essential in identifying opportunities where automation and intelligence can add measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

- Requirement Analysis & Elicitation
- Work with stakeholders to capture, document, and validate business requirements.
- Translate business problems into AI/GenAI-driven use cases and product features.
- Prompt engineering and Agent development
- Work with business and technology teams in writing detailed prompts that will be deployed to AI applications
- Understand how to architect and deploy agents for business use cases
- Run evaluations against AI prompts & applications

- AI/GenAI Solution Scoping
- Identify opportunities where AI (predictive models, NLP, computer vision) and GenAI (chatbots, copilots, content generation, automation) can be applied.
- Support feasibility studies by collaborating with data science and engineering teams.
- Process & Gap Analysis




- Map existing workflows and propose AI-enhanced processes.
- Perform cost-benefit and ROI analysis for AI initiatives.

- Stakeholder Communication
- Act as the liaison between technical teams and business units.
- Present insights, prototypes, and reports to stakeholders in a clear, data-driven manner.

- Product Development Support
- Contribute to the creation of PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria .

- Support testing and validation of AI/GenAI models in real-world scenarios.
- Market & Competitive Research
- Stay updated on AI and GenAI trends, tools (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, LangChain), and competitor offerings.
- Recommend innovations that align with business strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.

- Experience: 3–6 years as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst, preferably in AI/ML-driven products

- Knowledge of AI & GenAI:
- Familiarity with AI concepts such as NLP, computer vision, recommender systems, and conversational AI.
- Awareness of Generative AI applications (LLMs, prompt engineering, content creation, AI copilots).

- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze business workflows, identify gaps, and propose improvements.

- Technical Acumen: Basic understanding of data pipelines, APIs, and AI model lifecycle.

- Tools: Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Tableau/PowerBI, and knowledge of Python/SQL (good-to-have).

- Soft Skills: Solid communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) with AI/ML services.

- Understanding of MLOps and AI governance .

- Experience in building or deploying chatbots, copilots, or GenAI-powered assistants .
