This is a client-facing, consultative position that requires a blend of analytical skills, strategic thinking, and interpersonal finesse.

The Lead Business

Analyst will typically be embedded within program leadership teams, influencing the change agenda from strategy development through to post-implementation sustainment. The role demands a proactive approach to managing resistance, designing effective communication and training plans, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering change management initiatives on large-scale projects such as ERP implementations, cloud migrations, or digital transformations, with a focus on driving adoption and realizing benefits.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in business analysis, with at least 4–5 years dedicated to leading change management efforts in medium to large transformation programs.

Demonstrable client-facing consulting experience is essential, including the ability to shape approaches, facilitate workshops, manage senior stakeholders, and operate effectively under ambiguity. A deep working knowledge of recognized change management methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-Step Process, or LaMarsh Managed Change is required.

Candidates should have hands-on experience delivering change in technology implementations, operating model redesigns, M&A; integrations, or digital/AI initiatives. Strong stakeholder management skills across various levels of an organization, excellent communication capabilities, and proficiency in core business analysis techniques are also necessary. Highly desirable qualifications include experience in regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, or government, exposure to agile and product delivery models, familiarity with change management tooling (e.g., WalkMe, Whatfix), and prior experience in a tier-1 consulting environment.

Certifications such as Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, CCMP, or CBAP will be considered an advantage.

Mobilize and support change champion networks, establishing communities of practice to sustain change efforts beyond initial deployment.

Proactively identify resistance sources, develop targeted interventions, and collaborate with HR and other stakeholders on sensitive change scenarios.

Define adoption KPIs, monitor progress, and develop reinforcement mechanisms to embed change and realize perks.

Own and deliver key business analysis artifacts, including process maps, future-state designs, and requirements for change tools.
