About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Business Analyst with deep expertise in organizational change management to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as a pivotal partner to our clients, leading complex transformation programs that span business, technology, and operational domains.

The ideal candidate will act as the change lead on engagements, responsible for assessing change impacts, designing comprehensive change strategies, engaging stakeholders at all levels, and driving the adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and hands-on delivery, often embedded within program leadership teams. You will shape the change agenda from initial strategy through to sustainment, ensuring that transformation initiatives deliver measurable value and lasting impact.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in business analysis, with at least 4-5 years dedicated to leading change management initiatives within medium to large-scale transformation programs. Demonstrable client-facing consulting experience is essential, including the ability to shape approaches, facilitate workshops, and manage senior stakeholder relationships.

Deep knowledge of recognized change management methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step, or LaMarsh Managed Change is required. Candidates should have proven experience delivering change in areas such as ERP, CRM, HCM implementations, cloud migrations, operating model redesigns, M&A; integrations,



or digital transformations. Strong communication skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and proficiency in core business analysis techniques—such as process modeling, requirements elicitation, and gap analysis—are critical.

Certifications such as Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, CCMP, APMG Change Management Practitioner, or CBAP are highly valued.

Responsibilities As a Lead Business Analyst – Change Management, your responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of activities aimed at ensuring successful change adoption and program outcomes:

- Change Strategy & Planning: Define tailored change approaches aligned with client culture, maturity, scope, and risk profile. Develop comprehensive change management plans covering stakeholder engagement, communications, training, business readiness, adoption, and sustainment. Ensure alignment with overall program delivery timelines and dependencies.
- Change Impact Assessment: Conduct detailed assessments across roles, processes, systems, and locations to quantify change magnitude and severity. Maintain a dynamic change impact register, identify risks, and inform intervention strategies.
- Stakeholder Analysis & Engagement: Map and segment stakeholder groups based on influence and impact. Design and implement targeted engagement strategies to foster buy-in and build trusted relationships, even with resistant or skeptical stakeholders.
- Sponsor & Leader Enablement: Coach executive sponsors and leaders to act as visible change advocates. Prepare leadership with talking points, FAQs, and coaching guides to reinforce change messages and facilitate alignment.
- Communications: Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies, including message architecture, channels, and measurement. Oversee the creation of collateral such as emails, town halls, videos,



and intranet content, ensuring two-way feedback mechanisms are in place.
- Training & Enablement: Partner with training teams to define learning needs, craft curricula, and deliver blended learning solutions. Oversee logistics and measure training effectiveness to ensure readiness.
- Business Readiness: Design and manage readiness frameworks, including criteria, checkpoints, and dashboards. Coordinate with impacted units to validate readiness before key milestones and escalate risks as needed.
- Change Network & Champions: Establish, support, and sustain change champion networks. Facilitate community-building activities and maintain momentum through delivery and hypercare phases.
- Resistance Management: Identify resistance sources proactively through stakeholder feedback and sentiment analysis. Design targeted interventions to address resistance and reinforce desired behaviors, partnering with HR and other functions for sensitive change scenarios.
- Adoption, Sustainment & Benefits Realisation: Define KPIs for adoption, develop reinforcement strategies, and establish transition plans to business-as-usual. Link change activities to benefits realization metrics to demonstrate value.
- Business Analysis Deliverables: Produce process maps, future-state designs, operating models, and business cases. Prepare executive briefings, status dashboards, and mentor junior analysts to uphold high-quality deliverables.
