About The Role We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst with deep organizational change management expertise to join our dynamic team at Kanerika Inc. This pivotal role involves partnering with our clients to deliver complex business, technology, and transformation programs.

The successful candidate will serve as the change lead on various engagements, assessing change impacts, shaping strategic change initiatives, engaging stakeholders, and driving adoption of new ways of working across people, processes, and platforms. This is a client-facing, consultative position that sits at the intersection of business analysis and change management, requiring a blend of analytical rigor and interpersonal influence. The individual will work closely with program leadership, embedded within project teams, to shape and execute change strategies from inception through to sustainment, ensuring organizational readiness and long-term benefits realization.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in business analysis, with at least 4-5 years leading change management initiatives within medium to large transformation programs. Demonstrable experience in client-facing consulting roles is essential, including the ability to shape approaches, facilitate workshops, manage senior stakeholder relationships, and operate effectively under ambiguity.

Deep knowledge of recognized change methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step, or LaMarsh Managed Change is required. Proven experience delivering change in areas such as ERP, CRM, HCM implementations, cloud migrations, operating model redesigns,



mergers and acquisitions, or digital transformations is highly valued. Strong stakeholder management skills across all levels of an organization, coupled with excellent communication capabilities—both written and verbal—are critical.

Candidates should also have a solid grounding in core business analysis techniques including process modeling, requirements elicitation, gap analysis, and operating model design.

Certifications such as Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, CCMP, APMG Change Management Practitioner, CBAP, or relevant Agile/SAFe certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities As a Lead Business Analyst specializing in change management at Kanerika Inc, your responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of activities aimed at ensuring successful organizational transformations:

- Define and tailor the overall change approach for each engagement, considering the client's culture, change maturity, scope, and risk profile.
- Develop comprehensive change management plans covering stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, training programs, business readiness, adoption, and sustainment initiatives.
- Conduct detailed change impact assessments across roles, teams, processes, systems, policies, and locations, quantifying the severity and complexity of change to inform intervention strategies.
- Maintain dynamic change impact registers, surfacing risks and working with program leadership to mitigate potential issues.
- Identify, analyze, and segment stakeholder groups, designing tailored engagement strategies for each, from executives to frontline staff, to foster buy-in and support.
- Coach executive sponsors and leaders to act as visible change champions, providing them with talking points, FAQs, and coaching guides to reinforce messaging.
- Design and execute communication strategies, including messaging architecture, channels, cadence, and feedback mechanisms, to ensure clear and consistent messaging across all stakeholder groups.




- Partner with training teams to define learning needs, design blended learning solutions, oversee logistics, and measure training effectiveness.
- Design and manage business readiness frameworks, including criteria, checkpoints, dashboards, and go/no-go assessments to ensure preparedness for key milestones.
- Mobilize and support change champion networks, establishing community routines and tools to sustain momentum beyond initial implementation phases.
- Proactively identify resistance sources through sentiment analysis, feedback loops, and stakeholder analysis, designing targeted interventions to address concerns and reinforce desired behaviors.
- Define and track adoption KPIs, develop reinforcement mechanisms, and link change activities to perks realization metrics to demonstrate program value.
- Produce and present executive briefings, status reports, and change dashboards, providing clear insights into progress and risks.
- Lead hypercare and transition-to-business-as-usual plans, ensuring sustained adoption and long-term benefits realization.
