As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders, Product Managers, Engineering, Operations, and Leadership teams to gather business requirements, analyze processes, document functional specifications, and recommend solutions that improve operational efficiency and support strategic business goals.

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.

Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and process documentation.

Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Business teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business impact assessments.





Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for technical teams.

Support Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and user story creation.

Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and business insights for stakeholders.

Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance.

Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validating solutions, and ensuring business requirements are met.

Required

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation abilities.

Good understanding of business process analysis and requirement gathering techniques.

Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
