THE ROLE Own the data, systems, and analysis behind how Wright Research reaches and serves its distribution partners and clients: the CRM, the campaigns, the funnel numbers, and the client-facing decks. You will report directly to the founder and work alongside the sales, marketing, and research teams.
Roughly 40% data and CRM ownership | 30% campaign execution and measurement | 30% research and deck production.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Salesforce Ownership and Data Quality
Serve as day-to-day owner of Salesforce Lightning: leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, and activity records
Run a standing data-hygiene process: deduplication, field standardisation, validation rules, mandatory-field enforcement, and clear naming conventions
Maintain and enrich the B2B partner database: contact profiling, firm-level attributes, segmentation tags, activity recency, empanelment status
Build and maintain dashboards and reports for pipeline, partner activation, and campaign performance
Work with engineering on record-triggered flows, field mappings, and integrations; write the documentation for how the CRM is meant to be used, and hold the team to it WhatsApp and Email Campaigns
Execute campaigns end to end: pull the segment from Salesforce, build the list, write or edit copy with marketing, schedule, and send
Manage deliverability hygiene: suppression lists, bounce handling, opt-outs, send-frequency rules, and template compliance for WhatsApp Business
Measure every send: delivery, open, click, reply, and downstream conversion, cut by segment
Run structured A/B tests on subject lines, send timing, and offer framing; one variable at a time, with documented results
Write campaign outcomes back into Salesforce so partner records reflect actual engagement history Business Research and Funnel Analytics
Build and maintain the end-to-end funnel view: first touch to qualified lead to meeting to empanelment to first transaction to repeat business; identify where volume is lost and quantify it
Analyse partner engagement: who is empanelled versus who is actually transacting, and what distinguishes the two groups
Segment-level analysis on client and prospect cohorts: source, size, product fit, retention
Competitive and market research across PMS, smallcase, and wealth-distribution players: positioning, pricing, fee structures, product shelves
Produce a monthly analysis pack for leadership with findings and a recommendation, not just charts Standardised Client-Facing Decks
Own the template library for pitch decks, performance reports, and monthly research collateral going to wealth managers, distributors, and family offices
Build and maintain a single source of truth for recurring figures: performance, exposures, product terms, and disclosures, so no two documents ever disagree
Turn recurring deck production into a documented, repeatable process with a review checklist and version control
Ensure every client-facing document meets SEBI disclosure and compliance requirements before it goes out

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Mandatory
MBA with 1-2 years of experience in CRM or marketing operations, growth or business analytics, consulting, BD support, or fintech or wealth-tech operations
Advanced Excel: pivots, lookups, and clean model structure; SQL comfort is a strong advantage; Python is a bonus, not a filter
Hands-on Salesforce exposure: reports, dashboards, list views, and data imports; admin-level familiarity or certification is a plus
Demonstrated care about data accuracy; when two reports disagree, you find out why
Strong writing and deck craft: a CIO and a distributor should both be able to follow your slide
Genuine interest in markets and systematic investing; you do not need to know factor models on day one, but you should want to by week three Preferred
Experience with WhatsApp Business API or marketing automation tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Webengage
BI tooling: Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio
Prior exposure to PMS, AIF, mutual fund, or smallcase distribution

Opportunity to grow into a leadership role as the distribution function scales
