Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst with 1+ year of professional experience to join our team. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders, development teams, and project managers to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and support solution implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders

2. Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories

3. Assist in preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)

4. Conduct gap analysis and process mapping

5. Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate deliverables

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, product, and operations

7. Create reports, dashboards,



and presentations for stakeholders

8. Monitor project progress and assist in risk identification

Required Skills:

1. Robust analytical and problem-solving skills

2. Basic understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)

3. Experience with requirement gathering and documentation

4. Knowledge of tools like MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio

5. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology

6. Good communication and stakeholder management skills

7. Basic SQL knowledge (preferred)

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
