What You'll Do

Analyze user behavior, business metrics, and product performance to identify growth opportunities.

Build dashboards and reports to track key business and product KPIs.

Work with Product, Growth, CRM, and Data teams to generate actionable insights.

Perform ad hoc analysis to support business decisions and new initiatives.

Identify trends, patterns, and customer pain points through data.

Prepare presentations and business reports for leadership.





Assist in A/B test analysis and measure the impact of product and marketing experiments.

Support automation and process improvement initiatives. What We're Looking For

Recent graduate in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field.

Good knowledge of SQL is mandatory.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Comfortable working with large datasets.

Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets.

Basic understanding of business metrics, funnels, and customer behavior.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Self-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment. Positive to Have

Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar BI tools.

Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.

Internship/project experience in analytics, product, consulting, or business operations.

Understanding of consumer internet or B2C products.
