What You'll Do

✅ Gather and analyze business requirements for AI-driven products

✅ Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications

✅ Collaborate with Product, Engineering, AI/ML, and UX teams

✅ Drive stakeholder workshops, Agile ceremonies, and UAT activities





✅ Define requirements for GenAI, LLM, RAG, Agentic AI, and enterprise automation solutions

What We're Looking For

✔️ 3+ years of Business Analysis experience

✔️ Hands-on experience with AI/GenAI/LLM-based products (Mandatory)

✔️ Strong expertise in BRDs, FRDs, Agile, Jira, and Confluence

✔️ Experience with SaaS, APIs, enterprise software, or digital transformation projects

✔️ Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills
