Responsibilities

- As an Analyst/Sr. Analyst, you will act as the liaison between cross functional teams across business and tech to extract and drive actionable insights from large retail datasets to support Digital/Delivery operations across our 14K+ stores.

- Must have the ability to parallelly address complex business questions in the retail space with agility and accuracy.

- Should be able to quickly manipulate large disparate datasets to get to the right level of detail.

- Is able to efficiently translate business insights to senior leadership.

- Strong reporting background to help build/maintain BI assets to grow the business.

Educational & Required Qualifications

- Overall 5-7 years of experience in the analytics space (preferably retail/ecommerce)

- Must have 4+ years' experience in SQL/Python or similar querying language with the ability to build lean/reusable queries for effective data manipulation





- Must have 2+ years' experience in building analytical workflows using Alteryx or similar Analytics tool

- 2+ years hands-on experience in building reports/Dashboards in PowerBI

- 4+ years' experience with relational databases

- Have a strong foundation in data structures and have a working understanding of the data journey from source systems to business insights.

- 2+ years of experience in any cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

- Ability to understand business requirements and translate into technical requirements.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
