Role Overview

We are looking for a junior Email Marketing Specialist to support our outreach and nurture campaign operations. This role is suited for someone with hands-on experience in email campaign execution who can manage day-to-day sending operations, list management, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute bulk email campaigns using the company's ESP platform
- Maintain and clean contact lists — remove bounces, duplicates, and unsubscribes
- Set up email templates, scheduling, and automation workflows as directed
- Track and report key email metrics including open rates, CTR, bounces, and unsubscribes




- Assist in A/B testing of subject lines and content variations
- Ensure emails are CAN-SPAM and GDPR compliant before sending
- Coordinate with content and design teams for timely asset collection

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing
- Hands-on experience with at least one ESP (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Brevo, Lemlist, etc.)
- Understanding of basic email deliverability practices
- Solid attention to detail — zero tolerance for errors in bulk sends
- Ability to manage contact databases and maintain list hygiene

Basic knowledge of HTML email templates is a plus
