The candidate will be responsible for identifying new clients, following up on leads, preparing proposals, coordinating with internal teams, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities – Identify and develop recent business opportunities. – Meet clients, consultants, EPC contractors, and project developers. – Generate enquiries and follow up until order finalization. – Prepare quotations, presentations, and commercial proposals. – Maintain CRM and sales pipeline. – Coordinate with technical and operations teams for timely submissions.



– Represent the company at client meetings and industry events.

Requirements – Graduate/B.Tech/MBA in Marketing or a related field. – 2–5 years of B2B sales experience in civil engineering consultancy services. – Excellent communication and negotiation skills. – Willingness to travel. – Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
