Position Overview We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Intern who is eager to learn sales, client handling, and lead generation in a fast-paced agency environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, building relationships, and exploring business opportunities in the digital marketing space.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with potential clients who can benefit from our digital marketing services
- Handle incoming leads and generate new leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and social media
- Interact with prospects, understand their business requirements, and pitch relevant services
- Support the team in achieving monthly and quarterly business targets




- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new business opportunities
- Maintain lead data and follow-ups in an organized manner

Qualifications

- Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, proactive, and eager to learn sales and business development
- Basic understanding of digital marketing is an added advantage
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
