Role & responsibilities

- Coordinate with TCS and ICAI for smooth functioning of the assigned portal/project

- Monitor day-to-day operations of E-Diary / Scholarship Portal

- Ensure timely resolution of technical issues

- Assist in maintaining uninterrupted system performance

- Track project progress and report issues/escalations

- Provide support in implementation and updates of the system

Skills Required

- Basic technical understanding of IT systems/portals

- Valuable communication and coordination skills

- Problem-solving ability

- Working knowledge of MS Office

Candidate should be B.Tech - Computer Science / Information Technology
