Brand Studio Lead

Location: Jaipur (In-office)

Employment Type: Full-time About the Role The Brand Studio Lead will build and lead Glycophil's in-house Brand Studio. This role owns the strategy, planning, execution and quality of every customer-facing expression of the brand. The objective is not just to execute marketing, but to build a recognisable, valuable and scalable brand by creating the systems, standards and creative discipline that define how Glycophil is experienced.

This is a cross-functional role combining brand strategy, creative direction, production management, communication and execution. Why this Role Matters

This role is a foundational pillar to the long-term success of the brand. This role will be a mix of strategy, creative and marketing. You will help build the systems, campaigns, creative language and standards that define how people experience Glycophil for years to come. Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Communication

· Develop and execute the overall communication strategy.

· Define campaign themes, content pillars and communication priorities.

· Maintain and evolve the brand's visual and verbal identity.

· Ensure consistency across every customer touchpoint.

Creative Direction

· Decide the best medium for every idea (film, carousel, article, website, email, etc.).

· Prepare creative briefs for designers, photographers, videographers and creators.

· Review and approve creative work before publication.

Production & Brand Studio

· Plan and direct photoshoots and video productions.

· Build and manage a network of photographers, creators, designers, editors, freelancers and agencies.

· Own production from concept through delivery.

· With a long term goal to pull all of these roles inside the team.

Brand Ownership

· Own the outward communication of Glycophil across website, social media, email, blog, product pages, launches,



educational content and partnerships.

· Influence product positioning, packaging communication and launch strategy.

· Represent the customer's perspective in important product and brand decisions.

Systems

· Build creative playbooks, SOPs, workflows, asset libraries and production systems.

· Create repeatable processes that improve quality and speed as the Brand Studio grows.

What Success Looks

Like (12 Months)

· Build a recognisable visual and verbal identity for Glycophil.

· Establish a fully functioning Brand Studio with repeatable systems.

· Create a high-quality library of reusable creative assets.

· Build a reliable creative network of photographers, creators and production partners.

· Reduce founder involvement in day-to-day brand execution.

· Lay the foundation for a Brand Studio capable of supporting multiple brands in the future. Who We're Looking For

You are fascinated by excellent brands and how they are built. You naturally study campaigns, product launches, packaging, retail experiences and communication. You are as interested in why something worked as you are in how it was executed. You care about ideas, craft and systems equally. You want the opportunity to build a brand from the ground up and create work that people remember.

Skills & Experience

· Experience in brand strategy, creative direction or brand management.

· Excellent writing and communication skills.

· Experience managing creative production and external partners.

· Strong visual judgment and attention to detail.

· Comfortable using AI tools to improve creative workflows.

· Experience with D2C or consumer brands is preferred. Application
