Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Brand Strategist with extensive real estate industry experience. This is a pure strategy role focused on brand planning, Go-to-Market (GTM), brand positioning, integrated marketing, and real estate launch campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop end-to-end brand strategies for real estate projects.
- Create GTM strategies for project launches.
- Define brand positioning, identity, messaging, and value proposition.
- Develop integrated marketing strategies across channels.
- Lead strategic planning for project launches.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Prepare strategy presentations and pitch decks.
- Collaborate with Creative, Client Servicing,



Performance Marketing, Sales, and Leadership teams.
- Recommend strategic improvements based on campaign performance.
- Provide strategic direction to creative teams.

Required Qualifications

- MBA in Marketing (Mandatory).
- 5–8+ years of Brand Strategy experience.
- Mandatory Real Estate industry experience.
- Experience with a Real Estate Marketing Agency or Developer preferred.
