Compensation: The salary budget for this role is up to INR 80,000 per month, depending on interview performance, skillset, relevant experience, and overall fit. We are looking for a Brand Strategy Marketer who can think strategically, build clear brand direction, and turn business goals into strong marketing and growth actions. This role is ideal for someone whose core strength is marketing, brand strategy, consumer understanding, positioning, storytelling, content direction, campaigns, and execution.

We are not looking for someone who only understands performance marketing or paid ads. Performance marketing can be one channel, but the main focus is strategy-led marketing, organic growth, brand building, communication, and business impact.

Key Responsibilities

- Build brand, marketing, and organic growth strategies
- Identify market opportunities, consumer insights, and positioning gaps
- Develop campaign ideas, content direction, and brand communication plans
- Work on organic growth through content, community, partnerships, PR, collaborations, and strategic marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with leadership, creative, content, sales,



and operations teams to execute plans
- Connect brand and marketing plans with business goals, customer traction, and revenue outcomes
- Track campaign and marketing outcomes and suggest improvements
- Bring fresh ideas to improve brand visibility, customer trust, and market positioning Ideal Candidate:
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, marketing strategy, and consumer behavior
- Marketing and brand thinking should be your core strength, not just performance marketing
- Ability to think beyond paid ads, ROAS, and lead generation
- Good sense of positioning, storytelling, content, campaigns, and market trends
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, founder-led environment
- Solid communication, ownership, planning, and execution skills
