We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Brand Strategist & Graphic Designer who can transform ideas into compelling visual experiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of branding, graphic design, marketing, and storytelling, along with experience using modern AI tools to enhance creativity and productivity.

Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Strategy

- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business goals.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen brand identity across all marketing channels.
- Ensure consistency in messaging, design, tone of voice, and customer experience.
- Research market trends, competitors, and customer insights to create effective branding strategies.
- Plan and execute branding campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.

Graphic Design
- Design high-quality marketing materials for both digital and print.
- Create social media creatives, banners, brochures, flyers, posters, presentations, packaging, and promotional materials.
- Develop creative visual concepts that communicate brand messages effectively.
- Maintain and update brand guidelines, logos, typography, color palettes, and visual assets.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create engaging campaigns.

Creative Direction
- Brainstorm innovative campaign ideas and marketing concepts.




- Develop visual storytelling strategies that increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, branding techniques, and consumer behavior.
- Present creative concepts and branding ideas to internal teams.

AI-Powered Creative Workflow
- Utilize AI tools to improve design quality, content creation, brainstorming, and workflow efficiency.
- Work with tools such as:
- ChatGPT
- Midjourney
- Adobe Firefly
- Canva AI
- Runway
- Gemini
- Other emerging AI creative platforms
- Integrate AI into branding, content creation, design, and campaign development.

Required Skills
- Strong experience in Brand Strategy and Brand Identity Development .
- Excellent graphic design skills using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Canva, or similar software.
- Exceptional creativity with a strong eye for typography, layouts, color theory, and visual communication.
- Experience designing for digital marketing, websites, social media, and print.
- Solid understanding of consumer psychology and branding principles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A strong portfolio showcasing branding and creative design projects.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in hostel branding or the hospitality industry is highly preferred.




- Experience creating branding strategies for hostels, hotels, resorts, travel companies, cafés, restaurants, or lifestyle brands.
- Understanding of customer experience, guest engagement, and hospitality marketing.
- Ability to create branding that attracts students, travelers, tourists, and long-term residents.
- Experience developing:

- Promotional materials
- Experience working with hospitality businesses and building memorable customer experiences will be considered a strong advantage.
