Role Description The Brand & Operations Associate is a full-time, in office role based in Thane, focused on supporting both brand-building activities and day-to-day operational efficiency, working closely with the Founders.

Responsibilities include

- Coordinating inventory and order management,
- Overseeing fulfilment processes,
- In store or studio operations,
- Maintaining visual and brand standards.
- The Associate will help prepare reports, track performance metrics, and contribute to planning and executing brand initiatives, pop-ups, Social media and events.




- This position requires hands-on involvement in daily operations and active participation in improving processes and customer experience.

Qualifications

- Excel, Canva, and Shopify knowledge
- Strong operations and organizational skills, with the ability to manage inventory, orders, and day-to-day workflows efficiently.
- Customer service skills and a customer-centric mindset to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide a welcoming brand experience.
- Interest in slow fashion, handloom, and handicrafts, with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to work on-site in Thane, manage multiple tasks, and adapt in a dynamic, growing brand environment.
