Hiring: Associate / Assistant Manager Brand Management

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 4-7 Years

We're looking for a Brand Management qualified to drive end-to-end product launches, marketing campaigns, and cross-functional execution

Key Requirements:

- MBA/PGDM or Bachelor's degree
- 4-7 years in Brand Management, Category, or Marketing
- Experience in FMCG, Beauty, Personal Care, or Consumer Brands
- Strong project management and campaign execution skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing, retail merchandising, and influencer marketing
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end new product launches and campaign execution
- Coordinate with R&D;, Supply Chain, Creative, and E-commerce teams
- Track campaign performance and optimize launch strategies
- Drive 360 marketing campaigns across online and offline channels
- Support gifting portfolio, collaborations, and brand initiatives
- Ensure consistent brand identity across digital and retail touchpoints
