Role Overview

We're looking for a Brand Manager to independently own and grow one of our product categories. This role sits at the intersection of brand building, category strategy, and performance owning the category's brand P&L; while driving campaigns, positioning, and go-to-market execution end to end.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the brand P&L; for the assigned category revenue, marketing spend, and ROI alongside overall brand and marketing strategy
- Develop category positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans for new and existing products
- Plan and execute 360° marketing campaigns across digital, offline, and retail touchpoints
- Track category performance sales, market share, and brand health metrics and translate insights into action
- Collaborate closely with Performance Marketing, Creative,



E-commerce, Retail, and Product teams to drive category growth
- Manage category marketing budgets and ensure efficient ROI on campaigns and launches
- Conduct competitive and consumer research to identify whitespace and growth opportunities
- Partner with agencies and external vendors for campaign execution when required

What We're Looking For

- 4–7 years of experience in brand management, category marketing, or product marketing, ideally in a D2C, FMCG, or consumer durables environment
- Strong understanding of brand building fundamentals alongside performance-oriented thinking
- Proven ability to independently own a category or product line's brand P&L;
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working cross-functionally
- Robust analytical skills comfortable reading data and translating it into strategy
- Sharp communication and presentation skills
- MBA from a reputed institute preferred
