About This Role

We don't need someone to just post on social media.

We need someone who can walk into our office, see something interesting happening — a learner's career breakthrough, a team moment, an insight from a counseling session — and turn it into content that people actually stop and read.

This is a brand building role. The job is to make DegreeFYD feel human, credible, and worth following — on LinkedIn and Instagram — through consistent, creative, and authentic storytelling.

If you're someone who is always thinking in content — captions, reels, angles, hooks — and gets genuinely excited about building something from the ground up, this is for you.

What You'll Do

Find and tell the stories happening inside DegreeFYD — learner journeys, team culture, program milestones

Create and manage content across LinkedIn and Instagram — posts, reels, carousels, stories





Work with internal SPOCs across teams to source material and ideas

Maintain a consistent brand voice across platforms

Track what works and what doesn't — and adjust accordingly

Build DegreeFYD's organic presence one piece of content at a time

What We're Looking For A creative mind that thinks in stories, not just posts

Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, BMM, or related field — or equivalent demonstrated interest

Active personal presence on LinkedIn or Instagram is a robust plus

Basic ability to create or coordinate straightforward visuals — reels, graphics, carousels

Good written communication in English and Hindi

Freshers welcome — but show us something you've made

Someone who has studied marketing but never created anything
