The individual will own Miltop’s brand and marketing function across India & international markets—driving brand building, digital marketing, product launches, export marketing support, and sales enablement. Key Responsibilities

Own and maintain Miltop brand identity across all platforms

Ensure consistency across packaging, website, catalogues & communication

Lead brand campaigns and content strategy

Manage website, SEO, social media & digital campaigns

Support e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)

Drive product launches and promotional activities

Create export catalogues, presentations & product documentation

Support trade shows, international customers & lead generation

Track competitors, trends & consumer insights

Share monthly actionable market reports Qualifications

5-8 years experience in FMCG / food / consumer products

Robust branding, digital marketing & project management skills

Experience with agencies, packaging & product marketing preferred

Export marketing exposure is a plus

Creative, structured and commercially minded thinker
