Admin & Operations Manager – Diagnostic Centre

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Admin & Operations Manager to manage daily operations and improve patient care, service quality, and overall patient experience at our diagnostic centre.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of Lab, Radiology, Reception, Home Collection and support departments.
- Improve patient care, service quality, patient experience and satisfaction.
- Monitor patient flow, waiting time, TAT and service delivery.
- Handle patient complaints and ensure quick resolution.
- Identify service gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Manage staff, shifts, manpower and department coordination.
- Ensure proper communication and coordination between departments.
- Monitor housekeeping, facility standards and overall centre hygiene.
- Coordinate with vendors,



maintenance and service providers.
- Prepare MIS reports and monitor operational performance.
- Implement SOPs and continuously improve operational processes.

Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in a hospital, diagnostic centre, pathology lab or healthcare organization.
- Strong experience in patient care, service improvement and healthcare operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Ability to independently manage operations and improve service standards.

Hospital / Diagnostic Centre experience is mandatory or highly preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹48,709.09 per month
