Handling the day to day branch operations including front desk & back end activities
- Coordination with RTA for accurate processing & timely payouts while keeping regulations & compliance in place.
- Overall management of service & coordination amongst the sales and distributor who drive
the business.
- Co-ordination with the internal stake holders for smooth processing of transactions
- Managing branch admin activities
- Up sell Mutual fund products to both Retail/ HNI clients
- Respond to customer queries with customer satisfaction as the prime focus.
Preferred candidate profile
- 1-2 yrs. experience in Mutual fund/ BFSI
- Should be aware of the mutual fund practices,SEBI regulations & compliance.
