Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage branch operations, ensuring efficient sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve business targets, including revenue growth and market expansion.
- Lead a team of insurance professionals, providing guidance on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
- Oversee floor management, heading branch activities such as claims processing, policy servicing, and compliance monitoring.
- Ensure effective center management by coordinating with other departments for seamless operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 8-13 years of experience in General Insurance industry with expertise in Branch Management.
- Solid understanding of health insurance products and services.
- Proven track record of achieving target planning goals through effective sales management.
- Excellent communication skills for team handling, team building, and team supervision
- Fluency in Kannada is mandatory
