We are looking for a energetic, result-oriented, and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Kottayam Branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving branch performance, managing day-to-day operations, leading the branch team, achieving admission targets, and ensuring an exceptional student experience while maintaining operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

Manage the overall operations of the Kottayam branch.

Lead, motivate, mentor, and supervise the branch team.

Achieve monthly branch sales and admission targets.

Monitor student enquiries, follow-ups, registrations, and admissions.

Ensure accurate CRM updates and proper documentation.

Deliver ethical and professional counselling to students and parents.

Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, schools, colleges, and institutional partners.





Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth admission processing.

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly branch performance reports.

Maintain discipline, operational efficiency, and compliance with company policies and SOPs.

Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of branch employees.

Handle student concerns professionally and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Required

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Master's Degree preferred).

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Branch Management, Education Consultancy, Admissions, Sales, or Operations.

Proven experience in team management and target achievement.
