Role Description The Branch Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kottayam, responsible for overseeing daily branch operations and ensuring high-quality service delivery to students and stakeholders. This role includes supervising staff, managing schedules, and ensuring that counseling and support services meet company standards.

The Branch

Manager will drive local business development, maintain relationships with educational partners, and monitor performance metrics and budgets. They will handle student inquiries, resolve escalated issues,



and implement process improvements to enhance branch efficiency and customer experience.

Qualifications

Leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop staff.

Solid communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, parents, partners, and internal teams.

Organizational and operational management skills, with experience in handling schedules, processes, and performance targets.

Customer service and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering a positive and supportive experience.

Business development or sales exposure, preferably within education, counseling, or service-based industries.

Bachelor’s degree in business, education, management, or a related field; relevant experience in branch or center management is an advantage.

Ability to work on-site in Kottayam and adapt to a dynamic, student-focused environment.

Basic proficiency with office software and management tools for reporting and documentation.
