Role Description The Branch Manager (Life Insurance Only, no banca insurance) will oversee branch operations and lead a team focused exclusively on life insurance products. This full time, on-site role is based in New Delhi and involves managing sales activities, supervising staff, and ensuring the branch meets performance targets.

Daily responsibilities include planning and executing sales strategies, monitoring individual and team performance, conducting training and mentoring, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

The Branch

Manager will handle client relationship management, resolve escalations,



and coordinate with senior leadership to report branch performance and align branch goals with overall business objectives.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in life insurance sales, branch management, or team leadership within the insurance sector.
- Strong skills in people management, performance monitoring, and staff coaching to drive branch results.
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies, set targets, and analyze branch performance data.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills for managing clients and internal stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of life insurance products, market practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in basic office software and reporting tools to track sales, operations, and performance metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field; relevant professional certifications in insurance are an advantage.
- Proactive, organized, and able to work under pressure while maintaining ethical and compliant practices.
